While we were worried about such an early pickup time (4am), Steve was quick to put our minds at ease with a phone call confirmation the night before, and again when he was on his way to pick us up. He was in our driveway right on time, and it was a very enjoyable trip to the airport. His car was very clean, in great condition, and we appreciated the conversation! Though there were many, many transportation options, we chose the best! Great job Steve!

Enjoyed our ride!! Very polite, friendly and helpful!! Contacted them only one day before our trip and was very helpful in our request - we wanted to stop at a Walmart before going to our hotel and Steve was very gracious. Even got a local tour of the mountain ranges!! I would recommend for any of your transportation needs!!!!!!

Steve was absolutely wonderful! My now husband did not reserve a taxi to the airport for our wedding/honeymoon in Las Vegas and we needed a last minute ride to the airport. Steve was gracious enough to provide last-minute transportation and was very personable and sincere. He even sent us a sweet article with newlywed advice and offered us a blessing on our upcoming nuptial. He told us to let him know our returning flight number so he could ensure that he was at the airport on time to pick us back up. We were very pleased with the service and will use Shuttle Tucson anytime we need transportation around town, but we will make sure to give him advanced notice! 🙂
